Neo went for 10K KM service and Proton SC letdown

I was on leave today, just to send the NEO for servicing. The meter clock 8900km but decided to go for the 10K service since the last time she was service was on 3 Nov 2008.
Another major item was to check her aircon line as it was leaking and had affected the CAPTOR unit.
Arrived at 8.30am and immediately attended to. BUT upon knowing that there are aircon service need to be done, the service attendant politely informed me that they could not perform aircon check as the third party company they contracted out for the service had their contract not renewed. The only service center can do the air con check is at COSE (Center of Service Excellence) in Shah Alam. What a letdown by Proton but I have no choice but to book COSE an appointment. The service attendant booked for me a new appointment on next Tuesday 12 May 09 at COSE as that the only earliest slot available. Sometime I think I am at the mercy of Proton....At the end I only do the normal service at 10K KM...the aircon probably next week...another leave?

There goes my unproductive leave....
